From October 7 to October 11, the annual Tamna (which means “Island Country”) Festival will be held for five days at Topdong Coastal Square, in Jeju City. The main theme for this year is, ‘Lives of People in Tamna, Era of Jeju Cultural Renaissance’.
There will be an Opening Ceremonial Prayer, a Jeju Folk Arts festival, and parades led by Jeju citizens.
In addition, to performances and ceremonies, there will be Jeju-related exhibition markets, a Jeju Rice Cake-making experience, booths for the promotion of Korean-Chinese culture and much more.
