1. Photo
In Korea, Japan and China, people usually attach photos to their resume. They even use Photoshop which is a program to edit photos.

In America, they never put photos on their CV because the companies hire people without judging an applicant’s overall appearance, skin color, and race.

2. Level of Education
In a Korean resume, people write in chronological order whereas in American CV’S, they write in inverse order.

3. Family Relations
In English, there is no place to write family relations. It does not matter whether you are a son of a president or not. What important is the skills you mentioned in your CV.

4. Age
Age is important when you are looking for a job in Korea. On the other hand, it is not as important in the western countries.

5. Work Experience
The Korean companies create their own forms in order to write down your work experience with limited amount of space. In the U.S., you can describe your work experience in a creative manner.
