The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology announced on Nov.7 that Jeju-NU was rated excellent for the effectiveness of its educational and academic programs based on the 2011 annual evaluations of the Ministry funded project for the strengthening of national universities’ educational programs.

On achieving the top 30% performance rating, Jeju-NU received an incentive funding from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The incentive funding amounts to 130,000,000 won.
