In ‘2013 Industry-Academic Cooperation Expo’, which was held on Oct. 23, Jeju-NU LINK (Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation), awarded prizes in six sections to Jeju-NU students for their accomplishments connecting the university to the private sector.

Jeju-NU LINK granted a top prize from the Ministry of Education in the ‘Training Talented Individuals’ section, for developing a model of industry-Academic capstone design.

Team Ga-On-Gil, was also granted a top prize from the Ministry of Education in ‘2013 Entrepreneurship Education Contest’ and earned an opportunity to go abroad.

Li Sang-Baek, the leader of LINK was granted ministerial citation for his effort in developing both Jeju-NU and ‘Jeju-Sarang Agricultrue-Fisheries Cooperation’, a company which has close connection to Jeju-NU.

Chairman Yang Gyung-Wol from the company was granted ministerial citation for his effort in cooperating with Jeju-NU through Industry-Academic program, which has led the company to increasing profit and the number of employers.
