On Nov. 4, Korean, English and Chinese notices were posted in the BTL Dormitory’s elevators and entrances. Because the dormitory was violating the Fire Services Act, the notice informed students that the dormitory cannot keep their luggage this winter vacation. Students are expected to find an alternative or to mail their luggage home. The notice suddenly attracted foreign students who are residing in the BTL..

Among 600 students, about 70% of foreign students stay in the BTL. Each semester vacation, the vast majority of foreign students choose to go home. As the dormitory no longer allows students to store their luggage, this will force the students to unreasonable way to solve problem. Deng Hong-Yuan (Applied Life Sciences, 3) said, "I think I should go out to look for an apartment. If I send the entire luggage back, it seems too time-consuming and too inconvenient.”
