For the student body election, a policy debate of general student council was held on Nov. 5.
Students and representative of each department asked questions to the candidates.

For the question asking about the most necessary policy for students, the candidate of Jin-Jja chose ‘Dier Ara Scholarship’. Kim Mu-Song, the candidate of vice president in Jin-Jja, said, “School is the field of studying and improving students’ ability for the future. In this concept, students have to stay in school and do their activities. But students are busy doing their part time jobs to earn a living for tuition and their pocket money. To solve this problem, I think ‘Dier Ara Scholarship’ is needed.”

Hayoung-Dream chose making Dream Center, which offer information about students' diverse activities. Candidate Ahn Jin-Hyo said, “Lots of programs are waiting for students. But students have little knowledge about that.” And he continued, “Dream Center will offer a chance for students to get information about diverse programs, so students can improve their ability.”

The problems issued in Jeju-NU, such as a matter of Ara-Dae-Dong-Jae and tuition were also discussed.

About Ara-Dae-Dong-Jae, both Jin-Jja and Hayoung-Dream saw budget as the biggest problem. But their policies are different. Hayoung-Dream suggested a policy to make a team for festivals and shrink the budget used in unnecessary fields. Jin-Jja suggested remodeling the stage in the green field and reducing a fund for installing a temporary stage.
