Jeju-NU students living in the dormitory opened unaddressed problems about the dormitory facility and administration.

According to So Sang-Jae (Pre-Veterinary Medicine, 2), drunk students make loud intolerable noises at night. The complaint was brought up to the dormitory administration office but according to them catching students is difficult unless they are caught during the act.

But English Education freshmen Oh Jung-Hyun delivered, “Facilities are working. There are enough washing machines and my favorite is the air conditioner.” Oh implicates the aircon is working well.

Moreover, Princess B. Ciriaco (Food Science and Nutrition, 3) commented, “Problems are addressed immediately when the admins are informed. But since they are not fluent in English, students just keep their problems to themselves. Conversing with them is inconvenient. Having an admin staffs who are fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese would be helpful.”

The Islander has yet to receive a response from the head of the dormitories.
