This students’ election has tendency to be a single-handed election. Except association of clubs, all elections are single-handed; Student council, girl student’s society, and the board of representatives.

The election for a new board of representatives will be held first, on November 10 and the election will be end on November 17.

Graduate students do not have the right to vote for student council, girl student’s society, and the aboard of representatives. So then, don’t graduate student elect anything? Graduate students have their own organization, the graduate student association.

In foreign students’ case, the vote rights are case by case. Exchange students usually do not vote. However, the exchange students who are registered in Jeju-NU have rights same as Korean students too. Also, they can vote for Jeju-NU International Students Organization (JISO). Foreign graduate students can also vote for JISO. JISO’s election will be held next year before the beginning of the spring semester.
