On November 15, Korean Government urgent announced the delay of College Scholastic Ability Test which was slated to be held on November 16. This is due to earthquake on Pohang at that day. This was nation-widely surprised and frustrated news because College Scholastic Ability Test was nationally influential event every year. Also, this is the first time of delaying the date of this test. For this matter, every test-taker expresses their frustrated feeling about this news and some people make a complaint about delay. The delayed date of this test is November 23.

For preparation of this delayed test, both students and government requires the great efforts. For example, there are mission to make peace mind for students and test-takers, adjusting the schedule in national scale with colleges and preventing for another earthquake in Korea for government.

Especially, Students have made great effort for this event, College Scholastic Ability Test, the Korean government should implement some solutions for safety of the test-takers. The measure is important for the success in their study and the safety from the threaten of earthquake.
