On September 28th, the International Culture Experience Festival, ‘With Us,’ was held at Jejumok-Gwana Government Office, which was supervised by the JNU Center for International Affairs. The purpose of this festival was to share cultures and also to provide opportunities to be interested in Jeju history and culture. Foreign exchange students on Jeju Island were the main participants of this event, along with Jeju residents.

Many performances and experience programs were provided such as a makeup booth, a caricature booth, a flea market, etc. In addition, various culture experience booths offered opportunities to get to know the traditional cultures of each participating country.

Meanwhile, on the specially prepared stage, harmonious events took place: a foreign students’ special performance, a singing contest with local residents, and ‘Everybody Open Mic,’ which was a contest that allowed foreign immigrants to talk freely about their thoughts or their episodes in Korea.
