Jeju-NU held the retirement ceremony on Aug.30 with 11 professors who have dedicated their whole life to education and study in the university.

They were given a medal as a reward from the government.

Huh Hyang-Jin (President) said, “These professors have worked for the development of the university for 25 to 36 years. Even in the harsh environment they didn’t blame the time or surroundings, but made great contribution to the studies.”

Also he promised that students and teachers will do their best to make the university competitive, respecting the experience and teaching from retired professors.
