This event is being held in the Seminar Room in the College of Natural Sciences Building 1. For this contest, students will be assigned topics randomly. Students have 30 min. to write their essays and 20 min. to prepare their presentations. Presentations must be 3 to 4 min. in length. The order of presenters will be selected randomly before the start of the contest. The First Prize winner will receive 500,000. Two Second Prize winners will receive 300,000 each and three Third Prize winners will receive 100,000 each.
Applications will be accepted from Sept. 10 to Sept. 21. Students interested in this contest can apply by e-mail or in person at the Media Center (3rd floor Main Building).
