The Jeju-NU campus has a new building opened for Consolidated Liberal Education located south of the College of Ocean Science #4 Hall, as it was celebrated by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by President Huh Hyang-Jin of Jeju-NU on Sept. 7 The new hall is a two-story building with total space of 1181.8㎡.
 
The first floor houses rooms and offices for academic affairs, class libraries, information and data archives, equipment and facilities, and audiovisual laboratories, whereas the second floor rooms are occupied by ROTC commanders, living and conference rooms, and administration office. The construction cost 200 million won.
 
President Huh commented that opening of the new hall meaningfully coincided with Jeju-NU's Diamond Jubilee and it will provide excellent environment for the students and ROTC cadets to enhance their educational experience at Jeju-NU.
