Seven-hundred-ninety-eight successful applicants of Jeju-NU's Occasional Admission were announced, with 581 applicants finishing registration by Dec. 17. Vacancies will be transferred to regular admission.

 

There are two types of Occasional Admission. The regular type and admissions officer type. Under the regular type, there are six categories. Of 1,711 regular student applicants, 270 were admitted—47 out of 75 arts & athletics specialists were admitted, 62 out of 161 students from farm or fishing villages, and 55 out of 108 specialized high school graduates. In addition, 18 students having special needs and 5 specialized high school graduates (who have already entered the workplace) applied.

 

Under admissions officer type, there are four categories. For glocal preliminary teachers, 62 were admitted out of 704 applicants; for JNU talent, 90 were admitted out of 367 applicants. For minority quota, 61 were admitted out of 264 applicants, and 45 were admitted out of 126 applicants for opportunity balance selection.
