제주교육대학 학생들이 운영하는 푸른꿈 작은 공부방(대표 허수호)이 11월 11일 제주여상 후문에서 ‘꿈틀꿈들’ 축제를 개최했다.‘꿈틀꿈들’ 축제는 후원자분들의 적극적인 지원에 감사를 전하고, 키링 만들기를 통해 아이들이 공부방에서 어떤 활동을 하는지 소개하는 취지를 지닌다.1장당 1만원에 판매되는 축제 참여 티켓으로 카페와 주점을 이용할 수 있으며, 이로 얻은 수익금은 공부방 운영을 위해 사용될 예정이다. 오전 11시부터 오후 3시까지는 아이들이 직접 서빙을 담당하는 후원카페, 오후 5시부터 11시까지 후원주점이 운영됐다.공부방은
